but they would still be hard pressed to outrank New York
for the number of all night establishments found scattered
around the island.
In
a five-block radius of this Web site's midtown offices,
for example, stands a mom & pop grocery store, a Gristede's
supermarket, and two all-night diners. Not to mention a
full-service Duane Reade Pharmacy and a 24/7 Rite Aid that,
as far as we know, have never shut their doors.
Sure,
New York's the city that never sleeps. But it's got to eat
