Still in operation today, Delmonico's has been a mecca for New York steak lovers since it was first opened in 1837. The trick to a perfect Delmonico Steak is a top cut, and not letting any fancy ingredients get in the way ...

How to Make It:

1. Preheat broiler. Rub steak with salt and pepper and brush with melted butter.

2. Broil 10 minutes per side for medium steaks..

3. Sprinkle with parsley.
