Delmonico's
has been a mecca for New York steak lovers since it was
first opened in 1837. The trick to a perfect Delmonico Steak
is a top cut, and not letting any fancy ingredients get
in the way ...
Ingredients:

2 16 oz. rib eye steaks |
2 tbsps. melted butter |
|
Salt & pepper |
minced parsley |
How to Make It:
1. Preheat broiler. Rub steak with salt
and pepper and brush with melted butter.
2. Broil 10 minutes per side for medium
steaks..
3. Sprinkle with parsley.
Serves 2.
