    Oyster Stew Grand Central

    Ingredients:

      1 quart half-and-half 1/2 teaspoon pepper
      1 1/2 sticks butter 4 cups oysters
      1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 cups oyster liquor
      1 tsp. chopped celery leaves Paprika

    How to Make It:

    1. Warm the half-and-half in a saucepan and set aside.

    2. Melt 1 stick of butter in a large saucepan. Add the Worcestershire sauce, celery leaves and pepper.

    3. Heat the oysters in the mixture until the edges just start to curl. Add the oyster liquor to simmer for a few minutes.

    4. Pour in the half-and-half and bring to piping hot. DO NOT BOIL.

    5. Pour into soup bowls and top with remaining butter and paprika.

    Serves six.
