a steady hand so that the separate layers remain separate

Ingredients:
| 1 ounce dark creme de cacao |
| 1 ounce apricot brandy |
| 1 ounce sweetened cream |
How to Make It:
Pour the creme de cacao into
a narrow glass, then slowly add the apricot brandy. Top
with cream.
